Does anyone know were to get a decent full Drum Kit (preferably electric) for a cheap price in London?

I am looking for a good, full drum kit, preferable electric for I canot play loudly in my flat, for a cheap price. For I canot afford thoes expensive Roland’s or Yamaha’s. And I do not just want the yamaha drum pad, It does not meet my reqirements.
